Costa & Magsaysay (The Magsaysay Group is an international provider of products and service in the human resource, transport & logistics and related businesses) are looking for adventurous people who love to work onboard Costa luxury passenger ship. We need competent and motivated professionals who are keen on building careers with us.
Hiring Standard:
High School/College Level/Completed apprentice ship in hotel Diploma from established Hotel School (at least 2 years)
One or two years working experience in similar or same Position/1st Class Service
Communication Skills/Fluent English
Good Health/Flexibility and open Mindedness/Team player/Detail minded/Social Competence/Ability to work under stress/Willingness to work hard and long hours
Between 21 - 28 years old(gallery 22 – 40 years old)
Duration of a Contract & The work timetable:
The duration of the contract for on-board personnel varies from 8 months to a maximum of 11 months,
The minimum of 10 (ten) resting hours within each period of 24(twenty four) and 77 (seventy-seven) resting hours within a
Period of 7 days.
