1983年12月10日试营业，1984年6月20日正式营业，1985年3月18日与喜来登管理集团签定管理协议。饭店占地：15000平方米，建筑面积：82000平方米，共24层，高82.64米。

The Great Wall
Sheraton Hotel Beijing is the first international 5-star
Hotel in China. The hotel, an investment of USD82,
000,000 in 1981, has three owners Beijing Tourism
Corporation, E-S Pacific Development, Construction Co.,
Ltd. and Don Caster International Co., Ltd. Hotel soft
opening took place on December 10th, 1983 and the grand
opening was celebrated on June 20th, 1984. A management
contract was signed with ITT Sheraton Corporation on
March 18th, 1985.

Meters, total space is 82,000 Square Meters and story is
24 and height is 82.64M.
