【尚9.美食美酒汇】行政总厨黄伯权师傅,系米其林二星级厨师,法国国际蓝带美食会会员,法国厨皇会会员。

黄伯权师傅钻研厨艺长达三十多年,长期专注于开发各式佳肴,致力于烹饪技术及盘式艺术上的发展和推广。曾设计并烹饪过20多万款香港、法国、意大利、墨西哥、新奥尔良、日本、泰国等地特色的美食。曾经获得1989年、1991年、1993年香港美食大赛多项金牌,曾代表香港队参加新加坡国际美食大赛,夺得全场冠军。

黄伯权师傅是香港的“燕窝大王”,曾设计过2000多种燕窝美食。1998年曾始创“主题美食自助餐”轰动香港,订座时间往往需提前3个月。其中燕窝自助餐更创下5个月客量达10万人次的记录,其价值更是超过1800万元。

Danny Wong, the Executive Chef of Sun Chateau, is a two-star Michelin chef.

Danny Wong has been studying cooking for more than 30 years. He always focuses on developing various kinds of dishes, as well as developing and promoting cooking techniques and food art. He has designed and cooked more than 200,000 kinds of cuisine of Hong Kong, France, Italy, Mexico, New Orleans, Japan and Thailand. He won several gold medals in Hong Kong Culinary Competition in 1989, 1991 and 1993. And in 1990, he took part in the Singapore International Cuisine Contest on behalf of the Hong Kong team, and finally won the champion.

Danny Wong is titled as "King of Bird's Nest" in Hong Kong and has cooked more than 2,000 types of bird's nest dish. In 1998, he launched a gourmet buffet, which quickly became so popular in Hong Kong that its reservations were needed to be made 3 months in advance. As a result, the bird's nest buffet created a record of catering 100,000 patrons within 5 months, and the value of the bird’s nest dish he cooked exceeded 10 million yuan.
