Work under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing to manage assigned client accounts and markets so as to meet sales targets.

KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要

• Produce and pursue sales leads for the properties in the relevant country/region
在相关区域内开发和跟踪销售线索。
• Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts
对所分配的客户负责。
• Implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the marketing plan
执行制定的针对市场定位和市场细分销售策略
• Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers
与本公寓及集团其他相关公寓保持紧密协调与沟通。
• Site inspection – conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations

• Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process

• Monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets
