Familiar with front desk professional skills, complete the procedure both in check-in and check-out.
熟悉前台各项业务技能,做好宾客入住和离店手续办理。
Familiar with guest reservations and hotel activities.
熟悉预订资料及酒店近期活动。
Realize guest information, focus on the VIP, regular customer who is coming and well-prepared.
了解客情,关注即将来店的贵客、常客信息,提前做好准备。
Responsible for mutual communication and coordination of various sections.
做好部门间协调工作。
Job Qualifications:
任职资格:
College or above, good English skills both in spoken and written.
大专及本科以上学历,英语听说能力良好。
Dignified, presentable, articulate and no gender required.
男女不限,形象气质佳,口齿清晰。
Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness.
性格开朗、头脑灵活、具有较强的服务意识和责任感。
Working experience with reception in hotel is referred.
具有相关酒店前台工作经验。
