MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:
Ensure the smooth operation of office.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Picking up the telephone, and pass take messages for director.
- Continuously update all internal files of associates.
- Print letters and internal memos.
- Collect and issue emails and internal memos.
- Update files and records.
- Fill up work orders and issue to relevant departments.
- Prepare and print monthly work reports.
- Print purchasing order and store requisition.
- Fill up medical request for associates.
- Print personnel action plan and attendance records.
- Register associates’ attendance.
