JOB DESCRIPTION:
冘 Recruiting, training, motivating and mentoring his team
冘 Setting up SOP for the bar
冘 Setting up cleaning procedures, opening and closing procedures
冘 Maintaining the products condition
冘 Organizing regular Stock-takes and ordering products accordingly
冘 Following up Deliveries
冘 Adhering to budgets, managing beverage margins and maximizing profits
冘 Creating a database of regular guests
冘 Dealing with complaints
REQUIREMENTS:
冘 A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
冘 Some opening experience
冘 Ideally from a destination cocktail bar background
冘 Cocktails, spirits and Wine knowledge
冘 Well presented and immaculate grooming
冘 Enthusiastic, confident, sociable with a strong personality
冘 Flexible on working hours and able to multi-task
冘 With a can-do attitude
冘 Must have a strong command of english
