岗位职责 1、严格按照标准,协助作好工作准备,使之有效开展
2、负责了解各种原材料,发现问题,及时向主管汇报
3、负责维护保养本岗位各项设备用品,有损坏及时报修
4、负责清理工作台面,保持工作区域的清洁卫生,及时冷藏食品、蔬菜及剩余物品,以减少浪费
5、负责清扫冰箱、冷库,各种食品须放入适当的容器,并在货架上码放整齐
6、按时到岗工作,保持干净整洁的工作服,注意并保持良好的个人卫生
任职资格 1、至少1年的相关餐厅工作经验。
2、良好的工作态度及团队合作意识
3、遵守餐厅的规章制度
4、良好的沟通能力,良好的英语交流能力
5、拥有基本烹饪技巧以及良好的卫生知识
