• University Degree/Diploma or suitable qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Excellent Customer Service and analytical skills
• Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts
• Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Hotel Reservations system (RESERVE)
• Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
• at least 1 years related working experience
