• Double check table plans to insure all timings are good, no issues or anything unusual to report, as well as defining availability for walk-in guests.

• Insuring good communication between Reservations and service team, making sure that all messages, notes or requests are passed on properly and follow up.

• Provide day to day on the job training to new colleagues in order to constantly keep developing the team and have consistency of standards
