-协助团队完成相关的售后支持
与媒体之间的协调与维护：
-协助撰写媒体执行计划
-撰写并翻译宣传稿
-媒体监控，并及时告知有关公司形象的媒体曝光内容
-维护已有的中方媒体联络人；如有需要，协助媒体参与餐厅访问
协助活动和促销的战略计划：
-协助并更进市场活动和促销所需执行的内容
-协助市场销售部有关的活动和促销提供执行计划表
协助战略计划：
-协助市场推广计划表、促销活动计划表以及预算的制定、协调和管控
-协助找寻行业内的新趋势、新动向以及商业合作契机
任职资格：
-大专或本科学历，并有相关领域的工作经验
-中国籍，良好的英语读写能力，优秀的中文文字功底
-注重细节，熟练运用办公软件，并对于主流媒体平台有一定的了解
-性格开朗，并乐于与不同背景国家的客人和同事沟通
-具有较强的客户关怀能力，并对西方餐饮文化有较强的兴趣

POSITION TITLE: Marketing Assistant
REPORTS TO: Deputy General Manager – S&M
BLN Restaurants & Caterings is an ever-growing renowned hospitality enterprise as well as one of the most successful up-scale restaurant operators in Asia, managing Paulaner Br？uhaus Shanghai, Ambrosia Japanese Restaurant, K？FER by The Binjiang One, Dian Shui Lou and The Deli & Bakery.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Marketing Assistant belongs to BLN Restaurants & Caterings’ multi-national corporate sales & marketing team and assists in planning, coordination and control of all business activities according the various outlets’ marketing strategies, inclusive the conception of promotions and events, annual marketing plans and long-term business development strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media
Management of the company’s various social media account
Print material – collateral & promotional
Assist in the creation of promotion and collateral material, advertisement, merchandise and menus as well as drink lists
Assist in the coordination of the corporate marketing support
- Preparation of reports / presentations for department’s management
- Sales/media kits translations or updates
- Corporate website admin
- Assist in the handling of activities to show appreciation to our existing clients
Assist in handling media contacts
- Assist in the creation of media plans
- Creation / translation of press releases
- Monitor Chinese media market and keep the department updated about any development
- Maintain excellent contacts with Chinese media; if assigned, give media interviews
Assist in the event & promotion planning
- Assist in the follow up of marketing activities, promotions and events
- Prepare S&M-related event / promotion action plans
Assist in strategic planning
- Assist in the planning, coordination and control of promotion plan, marketing plan and budget
- Assist in the research of the market for new trends, changes and business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- College or university degree with related work experience
- Native Chinese speaker with excellent Chinese writing skills and English communication proficiency
- Needs to be well organized and well versed in MS office as well as knowledgeable about major social media platforms
- Should have an outgoing personality with a creative mind and confidence in dealing with guests as well as colleagues from all around the world
- Should be customer oriented and interested in foreign culture, foods and beverages from all around the world
