3. Constant floor presence interacts, establish and maintain personal contacts with guests.

 4. Personalized guest experience. Make “WOW” and “ART” the buzzword in the outlet.
提供给顾客个性化的服务，在餐厅中制造例如”WOW”和”ART”的流行词汇。

5. In cooperation with the Outlet management to ensure guest satisfaction with service and product. Drive a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure customer feedback is received by senior management in a timely manner.
  协助餐厅管理层，提供给顾客满意的服务和食品。不断创新，持续改进，确保     高层能及   时收到顾客反馈。

6. Meet or exceed quality targets as measured with guest comment cards and internal audit processes.
根据顾客的意见卡和内部审计程序，达到甚至超越质量指标。

7. Build up and maintain the customers’ database, which includes their eating habits, diet requirements and special requests.
建立和维护顾客数据库，它包括顾客的饮食习惯，饮食需求和特别需求。

8. Ensure speedy and complete recovery of any guests complaints. Make sure of the Glitch system for reporting such complaints.
确保及时处理顾客任何的投诉，确定在Glitch系统中做好记录，例如顾客的投诉。

9. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times and that all equipment is kept in perfect working condition. Rectify any deficiency.
