Lounge Manager 貴賓室經理
工作職掌:
1.負責監督服務人員的表現及現場的營運工作。
2.提高員工的工作效率,並確保工作品質與按時完成工作。
3.根據公司服儀規定,不定期檢查員工的外表、衣著、行為和工作態度等,並佈達團隊精神的重要性。
4.負責相關行政事項,並確保當現場設備發生問題時,能即時採取適當的行動以修復/替換發生故障的設備。
5.處理客訴及安撫員工的情緒。
6.負責管理、分配、傳達公司新政策,改進和實施新的業務。
7.提供相關的培訓計劃,提高人員的能力和素質,並妥善分配資源和人員。
8.落實公司未來的方向和目標。
9.掌握相關預算和做好完整的成本控管與分配計畫。
10.展現團隊合作和發展團隊。
11.保持高度觀察力並主動發現需要改進的部分,持續進行相關的改善方案。
12.主管臨時交辦事項。

應徵條件:
1.大學以上餐飲或飯店管理相關科系畢業
2.8年以上5星級酒店管理職經驗
3.具備良好的管理能力與抗壓性
4.思路清晰、高效率的工作表現,良好的商業意識與企劃能力
5.具備良好的分析與溝通能力、處事圓融、人際關係佳
6.具備兩種以上的語文能力者尤佳,英文需聽說讀寫流利
7.工作地點:广州白云国际机场
Responsibilities:
• Manage the operations of the Company’s lounge & F&B outlet in Guangzhou
• Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for airport guests
• Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve the services, performance and safety
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the Lounge achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
• Prepare various business reports and participate in ad-hoc assignments
• Assist in setting up new operations and involving in business development
• Shift Duties
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ management experience in Five Star hotel is required
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Ability in working under pressure
• Knowledge in Health & Safety regulation
• Well organized with good time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Good command of English and Chinese in both oral and written communications
• Work location: Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
