To implement associate welfare policies in an accurate and timely manner to ensure all procedures are implemented reasonably, in conformity with the Law; To provide all administrative work in Human Resources, e.g. application of office equipment, drafting documents, arranging meetings, taking minutes and complete human resources reports etc.
Assisting Manager to finalize the task of recruitment. Prepare and organize the recruitment activity. Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment matters, hotel staff and to establish employment channels and the talent pool.
