JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to work with the on-site team & our vendor partners to ensure smooth and professional communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
刪Collect, compile and analyse data from various account functions
刪Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
刪Support the ad-hoc data requests of the Client, Global account team and CBRE HQ
刪Track & follow-up on tasks assigned to individual team members by leadership team
刪Support to schedule and minute meetings as required
刪Assist for all CBRE HR on/off boarding process
刪Track CBRE team training
刪Ad-hoc verbal & written Chinese/English translation
刪Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
刪Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
刪Be flexibly responsive to any ad hoc duties or other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications and Education:
QUALIFICATIONS
刪Superior oral and written communication skills required- both Mandarin and English.
刪Minimum of 2 years directly related experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant
刪Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and consultation skills required.
刪Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
刪Ability to work independently and exhibit a superior customer service attitude.
刪Software competency: Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
