监督餐饮设置、时间安排等。安排设备和监督服务,跟进所有宴会要求。安排服务所需人员并监督领班、服务员、管家等的工作活动。
与以下人员密切协调:a)厨房b)工程c)酒吧d)宴会销售e)管事f)会计g)客房管理h)人员
与餐饮部协调制定服务培训计划
监督所有服务员工的招聘、介绍,并建议解雇不足的员工。
就升级和规划服务运营向餐饮部提出建议
保持良好的客户关系
Supervises all banquet functions, food and beverage set ups, timing, etc. arrangements for equipment and supervises services, follows up on all banquet requirements. Schedules personnel required for service and supervise work activities of captains, waiters, housemen, etc.
Coordinate very closely with: a) Kitchen b) Engineering c) Bars d) Banquet Sales e) Stewarding f) Accounting g) Housekeeping h) Personnel
Establishes service training program in coordination with F & B Office
Monitors hiring, introduction of all service employees and recommends dismissals of insufficient employees
Gives recommendations to F & B Office with regards to upgrading and planning service operation
Maintains good customer relationships
