岗位职责:
1.制定和实施房务部的运行计划、预算计划。
2.优化房务部的管理体系。下达房务部的运行管理目标.
3.全面控制部门的管理费用、固定费用和变动费用,节约开支。
4.定时查阅各部门的工作日记和每周总结汇报,督查各部门的工作进度及时发现问题,纠正偏差,作出处理。
5.对本部门的安全、消防、卫生工作负责,及时掌握新的规范、条例。因地制宜的实施好各种防范工作。
6. 熟悉本部门经营范围内的经营管理和行政管理知识,了解与商业、酒店等经营有关的法律法规知识。
Responsibilities:
1. To formulate and implement the operation plan and budget plan of the Ministry of Housing.
2. Optimize the management system of the Housing Department. Deliver the operation and management objectives of the Housing Department.
3. Overall control of department management costs, fixed costs and change costs to save expenditure.
4. Check the working diaries and weekly summary reports of each department regularly, inspect the work progress of each department, find problems in time, correct deviations, and deal with them.
5. Be responsible for the safety, fire control and hygiene work of this department, and master new norms and regulations in time. Various preventive measures should be implemented according to local conditions.
6. Familiar with the knowledge of management and administration within the scope of operation of the department, and the knowledge of laws and regulations related to business, Hotel and other operations.
任职要求:
拥有五星级国际酒店工作经验,任职部门副职五年以上或部门正职两年以上经验。
Job requirements:
Have five-star international hotel working experience, serving as deputy of the Department for more than five years or two years of full-time experience of the department.
