International Wine Trade

Represents Quality & Iconic Wine Brands of French and other Western Wine Producers, allocate and sell it to selected key customers, importers and distributors in Greater China and South East Asia.


Wine Import & Distribution in China

Import, hold stock, and supply a unique and comprehensive portfolio of Boutique, Trendy, Top Quality Wines, to all tiers and segments of the very dynamic and fast growing China wine market.


Job & Profile description

This role will be reporting to the General Manager.

Treat all Logistic and import Procedure of the company

Communicate with Logistics Suppliers for Offer and Shipment Schedule

Communicate with Suppliers for all import documents and verification

Communicate with import agent for all import Documents and procedures

Locate and communicate with local Freight forwarders / and Warehousing

Communicate with the financial department

Responsible for Import and Logistics costs report and analysis

For this role the candidate should have experience in Import and Logistics. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point


Acute attention to detail, ability to anticipate customer needs and respond appropriately

Strong analytical, written, proofing and interpersonal communications skills required

Dynamic, motivated, team-oriented self-starter that can adapt to a changing environment

Good English and Chinese writing skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must, speaking other languages is a plus.
