The Howard Johnson Kaina Plaza Changzhou is invested by the Rojana Industrial Park Public Co., Ltd., the largest industrial park investment company in Thailand. It is 228-meter high and is so far the highest building in Changzhou. It has 56 stories with a construction area of 135,000 square meters. The building consists of one five-star hotel and one apartment. It is managed by the prestigious Howard Johnson International.
