Artyzen Hospitality Group is part of Shun Tak Holdings Limited, a leading conglomerate listed on the Hong Kong Stock exchange since 1973 with core businesses in transportation, property, hospitality and investment（www.shuntakgroup.com）.
The Group complements Shun Tak's already extensive interests in integrated tourism and hospitality and as a stand-alone hotel management company, the Group owns and manages upscale lifestyle hotel brands for hotel owners and developers.

南京四方雅辰酒店位于南京市浦口区老山国家森林公园内的佛手湖景区的四方当代艺术湖区，由矶崎新、斯蒂文霍尔、普利茨克奖得主王澍、妹岛和世等20余位国际顶尖建筑大师倾力打造，呈现全球独一无二的人文景观。酒店总建筑面积为74000多平方，主要包括：展览中心、酒店主楼（客房、餐饮）、会议中心、休闲中心共24幢建筑，拥有艺术文化风格的客房，风格迥异的餐厅，室外网球场以及当代艺术博物馆等多项功能配套。酒店距离南京市区约20分钟车程，环境清净幽雅，坐拥8000公顷国家森林公园及优质矿泉水质温泉。宾客不仅能够欣赏到当代艺术和建筑空间之美，也能脱离城市喧嚣，沉浸在当地文化特色之中，获得灵性上的满足。
 Artyzen Sifang Nanjing located in China International Practical Exhibition of Architecture （CIPEA） at Laoshan National Forest Park. 20 minutes driving from Nanjing city center. Hotel buildings co-curated by world renowned architect and critic Irata Isozaki and Liu Jiakun, is a collective effort by over twenty architects including Pritzker Prize Winner Kazuyo Sejima and Wang Shu. Artyzen Sifang Nanjing features Art Museum, hotel main building, Conference and Meeting Center, Recreation Center and other twenty art architectures.
