Customer Service Department  

We provide the best Customer Service in the world to every customer and accommodation involved in the Booking.com experience. At Booking.com all Customer Service departments are in-house. Currently over 3.500 people work in Customer Service and we have offices in Amsterdam, Berlin (2x), Barcelona, Cambridge, Grand Rapids, Singapore, Lille, Orlando, Seattle, Shanghai and Tokyo. From these offices we help our customers whenever they need us, mostly in their own language.
