1.The Fairmont Gold Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest service standard of Gold Floor and motivation in all Talent.

2.Monitor Gold Floor service to exceed guest satisfaction.
确保金尊楼层的服务超越客人的期望。
3.Monitor and complete guest’s profile, ensure talents know the guest’s preference and provide the heartist service.
建立完善客户档案,确保员工知晓客人喜好,为客人提供用心的服务,让客人留下难忘的美好记忆。
4.Ensure fully preparation the daily Buffet Breakfast and Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour, ensure all the foods and beverages has been provided with high quality.
确保金尊楼层自助早餐、下午茶、欢乐时光高品质。
5.Ensures that all staff are completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that hotel will provide to its guests and visitors.
确保所有的员工都熟悉酒店产品及设施设备。
6.To promote the Accor customer survey program to the guest according to the monthly target.
根据月度指标完成客人满意度调查。
岗位技能:
1. Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.

2.Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skill.

3.Be good at training and developing team members.

5.Be expert of Opera.
熟练操作Opera系统。
6. Be expert of Office Software.

7.Bachelor degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
8.1 year’s experience in a similar role in a luxury international hotel.
曾在奢华酒店同等职位工作至少1年。
