Main Duties 主要职责:
1. To oversee the Front Desk, ensuring all services are provided according to standards required.
督导前台员工,确保其向客人提供统一保准的高质量服务。
2. To ensure that all guests are provided with a courteous and professional service at all times.
确保部门员工在任何时候都向客人提供恭谦有利的职业化服务。
3. To keep the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager up to date on staff performance.
协助前厅经理和前厅部副经理督导部门员工的每日工作表现。
4. To work closely with Reservations for daily arrivals and guest recognition in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. 和客房预订部紧密联系,熟知客人预订情况。
5. To monitor rooms status and discrepancies. 对房间状态和差异房的核查及处理。
6.Handle guest complaints 妥善处理客人投诉。
