JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruiting, training, motivating and mentoring his team
Setting up SOP for the bar
Setting up cleaning procedures, opening and closing procedures
Maintaining the products condition
Organizing regular Stock-takes and ordering products accordingly
Following up Deliveries
Adhering to budgets, managing beverage margins and maximizing profits
Creating a database of regular guests
Dealing with complaints
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
Some opening experience
Ideally from a destination cocktail bar background
Cocktails, spirits and Wine knowledge
Well presented and immaculate grooming
Enthusiastic, confident, sociable with a strong personality
Flexible on working hours and able to multi-task
With a can-do attitude
Must have a strong command of english
