任职资格:
1.为客人提供选酒建议,并监督酒店的日常服务;
To advice guests on their wine s e l e c tion and to supervise the day-to-day service of wine on floor.
2.精心制作酒单;
To elaborate the wine list.
3.更新酒水/饮料清单上的年份或库存情况;
To update the vintage or stock availability on wine/ beverage lists.
4.严格控制酒水库存;
Impose a strict control on beverage stock
5.对每个岗位进行培训,以提高服务的稳定性;
Initiate training for every position to enhance the constancy in wine service.
6.对员工进行每周/每月的内部酒水培训,以提高员工的产品知识和能力;
Conduct weekly / monthly training internally to staff on wine to enhance employee’s product knowledge and competency
7.促进并带来新的想法,以增加餐厅的酒水销售;
Promote and bring new ideas to increase wine sales in the restaurants.
8.通过参加品鉴会并提出建议,增加餐饮饮料收入;
Increase Catering beverage revenue by participating food tastings and make suggestions.
9.遵守所有与酒水项目相关的许可法律法规和酒店政策;
Observing all licensing laws and regulation and hotel policies pertaining to the operation of the wine program.
10.确保遵守现行的健康和卫生法规。
Ensure compliance with current health and hygiene regulations.
