Type personnel correspondences, memorandum, circulars, reports, staff letter articles, meeting minutes, and maintain all the files.
准备人才与文化部的来往信函,备忘录,传阅文件,报告,员工书信,会议记录并准确存档。
Handling action forms and appraisal forms.
管理人才与文化部档案和员工工作评估表。
Following up closely the end of probation period date, end of contract date and retirement age of employees.
密切跟踪员工试用期,合同的到期限以及符合退休年龄的员工。
Prepare Talent & Culture reports.
准备人才与文化报告。
Prepare and check attendance record.
准备、检查考勤记录。
Translation of documents in both Chinese and English version upon Director and manager’s request.
按部门总监和经理的要求翻译文件。
Petty cash house fund administration.
备用金的管理。
Follow up employment contract review
作好员工合同的跟踪。
Staff Newsletter coordination.
合办宾馆内刊。
Keeping track of employees’ birthdays, issusing birthday cards and cake coupons for concerned employees.
保存员工的生日日期,做好相关员工生日卡及蛋糕券的发放工作。
Prepare award and the recommendation letter to staff’s good performance which should be signed by GM.
奖励员工的良好表现,为员工的优良表现准备表扬信并交总经理签字。
Keeps all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keeps all files in the order.
保持部门内部工作区域的整洁,合理维护设备,准确归档文件。
Prepares the necessary stationary and other office supplies for the Talent & Culture department.
准备人才与文化部必需的文具和办公用品。
To improve the work performance and carry on assignment as well as develop had better service for the hotel and hotel employees.
注意提高自身工作水平,并为提高饭店员工工作质量而努力。
Periodically inspect the locker rooms, staff shift dormitory and trainee dormitory.
定期检查员工更衣室、员工倒班宿舍和实习生宿舍。
Assists Director of Talent & Culture to monitor employee relations and motivation program in the hotel.
协助人才与文化总监做好增进员工关系、调动员工积极性的工作。
Coordinate and execute employee social, athletic and recreational program and facilities.
协调组织员工的社交,文体活动。
Disseminate information regarding employee activities, recreational programs, employee relations and hotel policies and procedures.
及时准确地向员工做好宣传,包括员工娱乐活动和饭店人事制度方面。
Execute other duties assigned by Director of Talent & Culture.
完成其它人才与文化部总监布置的工作。
