工作描述 JOB REVIEW 主管招聘、雇佣、薪酬、福利、员工关系、员工认可计划以及培训等在内的各项人力资源项目，并确保员工遵守酒店相关政策。通过营造积极向上的团队文化以保证酒店宾客的独特体验，并赋品牌以生命。为酒店总经理和领导团队提供与人力资源相关的辅导和建议。
Competent recruitment, employment, salary, benefits, employee relationship, employee recognized plan and training inside each human resource projects. And to ensure that all employees keep all hotel’s policy. By creating a positive team culture in order to ensure that the hotel guest's unique experience, and vitalize the brand with life. Provide the HR guidance and advice to the hotel General Manager and Management team.
工作职责DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
（1）协助制定人力资源部的预算，并督促部门依据预算开展工作。Assist in developing the human resources department budget, and urged the department budget according to begin the work. （2）监管员工编制与人力配置标准以管理成本。Supervision of employees with human with standard management cost. （3）识别和分析本地薪资福利水平，确保酒店提供的待遇具有同业竞争力。Identifying and analyzing the local salary welfare level, to ensure that the hotel provides treatment has trade competitiveness. （4）为酒店领导层和员工提供各类教育与培训，包括绩效管理流程、递进式惩戒规程和相关计划等，从而提高工作效率和提升绩效。Provide various kinds of education and training to all hotel management team, as well as all hotel employees which including performance management process, disciplinary procedures and progressive related plans and so on. （5）实时掌握影响宾客满意度的市场趋势和本地行情变化。Real time control of the influence of the guest satisfaction market trends and local a change in trend. （6）与部门经理协作，共同组织开展各类活动以达成服务行为标准，并持续提升宾客体验。Cooperating with department head and common organizing in all kinds of activities to achieve the service behavior standards, and continue to ascend guest experience. （7）收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计、旷工报告等数据，了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。Collect and maintenance exit interview personnel flow statistics absenteeism reports data, understand all kinds of training needs and management problems trend 任职要求 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 人力资源专业学士及以上学历或同等资历
Human resources and professional bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications 4 年相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑
4 years related working experience with management experience is a plus 具有专业人力资源职称者优先考虑
