JOB SCOPE工作范围

Under the general guidance of the General Manager, or delegate, within the limits of established Barony Hotels & Resorts and local hotel policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry operations.
服从总经理或其授权人的全面指示，在君廷集团和当地酒店的政策和程序范围内，负责和监管前厅部、客房、洗衣房的有效正常运行。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

（1）Supervises the overall activities of Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry operations监管前厅、客房和洗衣房的整体运作。

（2）Assumes overall responsibility for maintaining presentation standards to ensure facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained确保酒店设施设备干净整洁和正常的维修保养并保持酒店形象标准。

（3）Coordinates exchange of pertinent information between departments within the Rooms Division and directs exchange of information with other departments, notably, Engineering and Security协调房务部内部部门之间相关信息的交流，领导和其他部门的沟通特别是工程部和安保部。

（4）Ensures staff, particularly guest contact personnel, are familiar with known repeat guests and other VIPs and provide special attention and recognition确保相关的前线员工熟悉并给予回头客及其他贵宾特别关注。

（5）Consults with Department Heads and General Manager on an ongoing basis to improve business conduct

（6）Conducts comprehensive monthly departmental meetings to include review of procedures and events which warrant special handling and detailed information 举行整个部门月会包括回顾流程、总结运作和特别案列等详细信息。

（7）Promotes Inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities推广酒店和酒店设施的销售。

（8）Monitors and controls the Room Division Operation in the areas of revenue expenditure, profitable and performance against budget控制和监察房务部门的成本花费，利润、业绩和预算的比较。

（9）Works within the company’s Human Resource Framework to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive.

Experience工作经验:
5years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.最好拥有在相似规模酒店 5 年以上房务工作经验，包括的管理经验或培训经验。
